Sale and Purchase of Goods
Samyuktha Sarees (“Seller”) agrees to sell, and you (“Buyer”) agree to purchase, goods described and listed on the checkout window (“Checkout”) on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Purchase Price
Buyer agrees to pay the Purchase Price of the Goods as posted on this website.

Payment Terms
The total amount of the Purchase Price shall be payable in full by the Buyer according to the payment due date stated at Checkout. The Seller has the right to pursue any remedies available at law or as provided herein and is entitled to reimbursement for the Seller’s costs of collection, including attorney fees, legal fees, and costs, if any.

Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery shall be made in accordance with the Seller’s shipping policy in effect at the time of shipment. Delivery dates provided are estimates only. The Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver on time, but is not liable for failure to deliver as estimated. Goods will be packaged according to the Seller’s standards.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The recipient is responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations. Orders shipped outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. The recipient should contact their local customs office for further information. Customs procedures may cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

Disclaimer of Warranty / Limitation of Liability
The Seller undertakes no responsibility for the quality of the Goods or their fitness for any particular purpose, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement. The Seller shall not be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Goods. The Seller’s liability shall not exceed the net purchase price of the Goods delivered to and paid for by the Buyer.

The Seller disclaims any warranties of non-infringement regarding the Goods and shall have no duty to defend, indemnify, or hold the Buyer harmless from any infringement of patents, trademarks, or violations of copyrights.

Colour Disclaimer
The colours of products on your screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to differences in monitor technologies and calibration. Lighting during photography also impacts the final colour displayed.

Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be held responsible for any failure to deliver goods or for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government actions, strikes, fires, accidents, or lack of materials or resources.

General
The Buyer may not assign this Agreement without the Seller’s written consent. If there is any inconsistency between this Agreement and any other agreement related to the Goods, this Agreement shall govern. This Agreement cannot be altered without the written consent of the Seller. Any additional or altered terms attached to any order submitted by the Buyer shall be void unless expressly agreed to in writing by the Seller. In case any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the rest shall remain in effect. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. In the event of a dispute, the Buyer submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
